I’m keeping a workout log of my exercises until I reach my goal weight. Right now I’m pretty much doing P90X, so unless you’re a P90Xer or want to become one, it probably won’t be of as much help to you. I don’t do them in the order that they come in the case holder. I just do whatever I’m feeling that day, but I try not to do the same DVD one after the other.

I didn’t exercise today. I’m sore from the P90X I did yesterday, especially my thighs because I substituted the push-ups with squats because there were different kinds of pushups that I’m not strong enough to do yet, and because I really want to start on some exercises that were going to target my thighs as they are a problem area and I HATE them. However, I did not know how bad a hurtin’ those squats would put on my thighs.

P90X – Legs & Back
I nixed the Three Way Lunges and the Iso Toe Lunges. Ended early today as because I know my limit, but I think I did great overall, I kept up. I may not be as strong as some but I have great endurance. There was only about 13 minutes left though, so I don’t think that was too bad. Red Band then the Green Band.

Didn’t work out today. I’m still sore but that’s not the reason that I didn’t work out. I had my second driving lesson today. It was two hours, and after that I’m just really tired. When my lesson are over, (last one tomorrow) I’ll be working out everyday again. I really do hate to miss a workout, and now that I think about it, I might do one later on in the evening. It’ll most likely be P90X – Stretch. If I do it, then I’ll update this page.
So I did exercise today, just finished actually. I did P90X – Chest & Back. I used the Red Band.

Didn’t exercise today, I had driving classes and by the time I was finished with that I was just really tired.

Power finally came back on yesterday afternoon. Still so hot and I really don’t feel like exercising. I’ve finally gotten a chance to wash my yoga mat though.
