Goal Weight: 123-128 lbs. (I’m not really picky about it, but I’d like to be on the lower spectrum.)

I want to be be my goal weight, I want to be flexible, and I want to be able to do a standing split.

Currently I’m doing P90X but I do want to add some more workout DVDs which will be Tracy Anderson Method and Zumba. I also want to try Bodyrock by Zuzana, which is currently being headed by Lisa Marie.
